Manufacturer’s Warranty: The warranty is provided by the manufacturer and varies from one company to another.
However, the standard warranty for most air conditioning brands is 2 years for the entire unit and 5 years for the
compressor.

Once the installation is completed, the responsibility is handed over to the manufacturer to handle maintenance and
repairs during the device’s warranty period of the device.

Installation Warranty:
Installation Works: TAC ALOULA Company guarantees the installation works for split air conditioners for a period
of 3 months after installation, provided that the pipes were extended by the company’s technician. There is no
warranty if the pipes were installed by an external party, and the warranty responsibility lies with the customer. ​
