– When purchasing any of our products, please retain the original invoice for reference when needed.

– Goods can be returned or exchanged within 24 hours from the date of delivery.

– A new product can only be exchanged after a visit by the maintenance team and a detailed report on the product’s
condition. If the product is repairable, it will not be exchanged.

– The item can be returned or exchanged if it is in its original condition and unused.

– The customer will bear the delivery cost when requesting a return if the reason is a change of mind or the need to
exchange the product, unless the product has a manufacturing defect according to the technical report.

– Any opened box being returned or exchanged will be subject to a 30% deduction from the product’s value in
additional to the shipping charges.
