1) Customers must provide a ladder (scaffolding) to access high and difficult places.

2) If permits are required to access the client’s location, please coordinate with the company in advance to avoid
cancellation or delay.

3) If the unit is in an unsafe location, the customer must provide a safe working environment.

4) We apologize for not installing the air conditioner if there is no designated hole for the pipes in the concrete
wall.

5) We are not responsible for extending electricity for the air conditioner to be installed.

6) The height of the location where the air conditioner is to be installed should not exceed three meters.

7) We are not responsible for the cooling performance if the outdoor unit is installed inside a narrow space.

8) We are not responsible for the cooling performance if the air conditioner is installed in an unsuitable location
for its capacity.

9) Installation service includes 6 meters of Italian Freo pipes and a rubber base. The customer must pay for
additional meters or any extra costs before installation.

10) An additional 75 SAR will be charged for each air conditioner requiring copper pipes instead of Italian pipes.

11) We are not responsible for the quality of pre-installed copper pipes at the installation site.

12) The installation team will wait for a maximum of half an hour. After that, the appointment will be canceled to
serve other customers, and you will need to book a new appointment.

13) Additional delivery charges will apply for areas outside the Eastern region.
